We were contacted by a woman who had recently purchased this home. The issue with the home was that it was the scene of a triple homicide before the sale. The criminal investigation is not complete at this time, therefore we don’t feel as though we should elaborate on the crime or any of the circumstances involved with the case. The client though, had full disclosure and purchased the house a greatly reduced rate.
Unfortunately television shows and superstitions that friends and family had been talking about started to weigh on the woman and she became uneasy and felt creepy being in the home. We did a thorough investigation including video, audio recordings, EMF sweep and inspection of any area’s of concern.
We found no signs of activity or any environmental issues that could cause any problems. Our group members who were present for this investigation did agree on one thing, just knowing what went on in this home was enough to give anyone the creeps!

The floors on the first level had been replaced with beautiful hardwood, but when you go into the basement you can look up and see where the blood had run down and stained the subfloor. Needless to say we didn’t point that out to the client.
